- Studio Onyx ships products through our trusted delivery partners to most locations within India.
- Free shipping is available in select areas of Kerala, while shipping charges may apply for other locations based on the product and delivery address.
- We currently do not offer international shipping services.
- Studio Onyx insures each product during transit until it is delivered to you.
- Tracking details and carrier information related to your order will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.

SHIPPING TIME
- Shipping times vary depending on the product's availability in our warehouse. The estimated shipping date for each product is listed on the product page.
- A tracking number with delivery details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
- Within Kerala: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Outside Kerala: Orders are typically delivered within 7-12 business days.

DOORSTEP SERVICE DELIVERY
The ordered products will be delivered to customers as per the conditions below:
- Residences/Offices on Ground Floor: Products will be handed over directly at the doorstep.
- Multi-Level Buildings: Products will be placed in a secure lobby area after informing the security desk or the customer, as applicable.
- Customer Responsibility: Arrangement of manpower to carry the products inside the premises or to higher floors is the customer's responsibility.
- Assembly instructions, if any, will be provided along with the product packaging.
- Please review our guidelines on measuring your space before ordering to ensure size adaptability for delivery.
- Studio Onyx and our logistics partners will not be responsible if the products do not fit into your home or designated area.
