These terms and conditions, consisting of the user agreement, payment policy, privacy policy, cancellation and refund policy, and any other policies, as updated from time to time by Studio Onyx Buildware LLP (hereinafter defined) (collectively referred to as “Terms”) shall govern your relationship with Studio Onyx Buildware LLP in relation to this Website (hereinafter defined) and the Website Services (hereinafter defined) rendered to you. Indemnification

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
